Material Selection

Material selection for plastic injection molding part production is critical.we will assist you with sourcing non-stock materials, custom colors and accept customer provided materials.

Installing Mold

During the installation of an injection molding machine, it is necessary to accurately adjust, calibrate and inspect to meet its service performance requirements.

Clamping

Our injection molding process begins with securely clamping the mold halves together, ensuring precision and stability throughout the operation.

Injection

Once clamped, we inject molten plastic material into the mold cavity with precision, using state-of-the-art machinery and controls to achieve accurate results.

Cooling

A cooling system within the mold, often using water channels, rapidly cools and solidifies the molten plastic. Controlled cooling is crucial to prevent warping and ensure part quality.

Holding Pressure

In addition to cooling, holding pressure is maintained on the molten plastic within the mold to counteract shrinkage as the material solidifies. This ensures the part retains its intended shape and dimensions.

Ejection

Once the plastic has sufficiently cooled and solidified within the mold, the mold opens, and the finished part is ejected from the mold cavity. Ejector pins or mechanisms assist in the removal of the part.

Part Inspection

After ejection, produced parts undergo inspection for quality and compliance with design specifications. Dimensional checks, visual inspections, and other quality control measures are performed to ensure the final product meets standards.

 FAQ

Q: What variety of plastics can be used in the injection molding process?
A: We can handle a wide array of thermoplastic materials in our injection molding process, including but not limited to Acrylonitrile(ABS),Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polystyrene (PS), and Polypropylene (PP),Nylon,TPU.
Q: Can you help in choosing the right plastic material for my product?
A: Yes, we provide support in material selection based on your product requirements.

Q:How can I customize the color and   finish of my plastic molded parts?
  A:
We can customize colors by adding pigments to the plastic prior to molding. In terms of finishes, various options are available including high gloss, satin, matte,  textured, and clear.

Q: What are the capabilities of the injection molding machine?
A: Our machines are capable of high-speed, precision molding and can accommodate varying sizes and complexities of the product. Our 42 plastic injection machines' clamping force between 100 tons and 2,000 tons can meet product weight up to 8,000g.

Q:How does the plastic injection molding process work?
A: The plastic injection molding process entails melting plastic pellets, injecting the molten plastic into a mold, cooling and solidifying the plastic to take the shape of the mold, then ejecting the completed part.
